A Second Chance for CHAMP

Meet Champ.  This sweet and lovable dog has had a hard first year of life, as he has had to undergo surgery for his hind legs.  Unfortunately, the previous surgery has proven unsuccessful and now Champ will have to undergo another surgery to amputate both his hind legs.
